WHO WILL CLEAN MY HOME?

We will make every effort to provide you a regularly assigned team of cleaning professionals. Each of our employees are insured, and bonded and use cleaning supplies and equipment provided by our company.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CLEANING CONTRACT?

We want to meet your expectations each time we provide service to your home; that is why we do not ask you to sign a contract. Your feedback is valuable and we want to assure your cleaning experience is a great one!

WHAT ARE CAROLINA CLEANING SOLUTION’S HOURS?

Our normal hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm; Saturday and Sunday cleanings are available on limited basis based on company availability.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY CLEANING?

We may ask you to pick up clothing, toys or other household items that prevent us from providing your cleaning services.

DO I SUPPLY THE CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND OR SUPPLIES?

No, all equipment and cleaning supplies are provided at no additional cost. If there are special cleaners you prefer, we ask that you provide these to our cleaning specialist at the time of your cleaning.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING SERVICE?

No, you do not have to be home for us to provide services. Yet, you must provide us entry into the home for services if you are unavailable. For added security we secure codes and all house keys through a triple lock process and only the team leader will have access to your key or code for additional security when on site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED DURING MY CLEANING?

Carolina Cleaning Solutions will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. when appropriate insurance claims will be filed.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICE?

VISA, MasterCard, and discover are accepted. Checks will only be accepted for our recurrent clients yet, a credit card must be retained on file for all clients.

WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS OR CHANGING/CANCELLING A SCHEDULED CLEANING VISIT?

If your cleaning falls on a major holiday we will contact you to reschedule. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled cleaning, we ask that you provide us a 3-day notice. When a short notice is given (within a 3 day time frame) a fee of 35.00 will be assessed on your next scheduled cleaning.
